1.The volume of bin is big, the material is digested while moving from the top to the bottom, first-in first-out, which avoid material condensation and segregation phenomenon.
2.Rotatory material feed continuously at the top, adjustable and rotatory discharging continuously at the bottom, the discharging speed is adjustable according to discharging scraper’s rotate speed controlled by frequency controller.
3.For the situation that material can’t digest normally when winter in the north of china, we applied special device in the batching bin and take actions to ensure good digestion performance within 2.5-3 hours under the condition of -20 centigrade.
