The main component of brick making machine

 The block making machine is mainly composed of a table, a vibrator, a spring supporting the table, and a transmission device:

(1) The platform. Welded steel structure rectangular frame.

(2) Support spring. It is made of rubber spring with good dynamic fatigue performance, which is placed on the lower part of the table as an elastic support.

(3) Vibrator (or vibration exciter, vibrator). Its structure types are mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic. At present, mechanical vibrators are still mostly used. A fixed eccentric block is installed on the shaft of the vibrator, and an adjustable eccentric block is also looped, which can be rotated and installed at several different angles. It is used to adjust the magnitude of the eccentric moment to generate different excitation forces and amplitudes.

(4) The transmission device is driven by the motor through the triangle belt, the gear box and the universal coupling, which can make the vibrator rotate synchronously.
