First, check the room temperature and oil temperature: generally, it can only be carried out in winter, summer and dry season. When the room temperature (ambient temperature) is lower than 0 ℃, preheat the oil; When the room temperature is higher than 35 ℃, think about heat dissipation methods;

Check the temperature controller: check the temperature controller, temperature sensing line, heating ring, communication contactor or solid-state relay, temperature rise time, whether the temperature error is normal, etc;

Check the oil quantity in the oil tank: according to the investigation, the oil quantity shall be determined within the standard oil quantity; Check the pressure gauge: investigate whether the pointer of the pressure gauge swings severely, whether it can return to zero and the measuring range.
