1. The main line of equipment power supply shall be aluminum wire above 25-2 or copper wire above 16-2.During normal operation of the equipment, the input voltage is: high voltage 380v-410v and low voltage 330v-360v. The equipment needs to be installed with reliable grounding to ensure the safety of operators. The power system is the heart of the unburned brick machine and the core power of the whole equipment. The stability and safety guarantee of the power system is also the premise of the stability and safety of the whole production workshop.

2. The motor of the oil pump was stopped or rotated hard, resulting in the burning of the motor. The reason is that the pressure regulation of the main pressure regulating valve (large nut under the distributor) of the equipment is too large.

3. The vibration force of the vibrator is insufficient, and the brick discharging cycle is long or the brick discharging is loose. The reason is that the pressure adjustment of the lower formwork is too large: the pressure adjustment of the lower formwork is too large, and the pressure inhibits the vibration of the vibrator. The pressure of the independent pressure regulating valve corresponding to the oil pipe on the lower formwork oil cylinder shall be gradually reduced until the vibration force of the vibrator can be brought into full play. If you encounter such problems, you can consult the manufacturer, adjust the equipment and produce good bricks as expected.
