Safety operation regulations for unburned brick machine:
1、 When installing the non burning brick machine, it must be placed in a solid place and supported stably with a support or foot cylinder. It is not allowed to replace the support with a tire.
2、 Before starting the non burning brick machine every time, check whether the clutch, brake and steel wire rope are in good condition, and there shall be no foreign matter in the drum.
3、 During work, it shall be noted that when the feed hopper is raised, no one is allowed to pass or stay under the hopper. After work, it shall be ensured that the hopper is fixed before leaving.
4、 It is strictly prohibited to operate without a license or leave the post without authorization during operation.
5、 When the non burning brick machine is running, it is strictly prohibited to extend any tool into the drum to avoid accidents.
6、 The hopper shall be fixed and the power supply shall be cut off during the maintenance of the unburned brick machine.
7、 After each work, the concrete in the machine body shall be cleaned, lubricated and maintained, the power supply shall be cut off and the box door shall be locked.
