Hydraulic oil is called the blood of hydraulic brick machine and plays an important role in the operation of the whole equipment. The hydraulic oil selected will not be different in different regions and different climatic conditions. There are many domestic hydraulic oil brands. For customers who use hydraulic brick machine for the first time, what kind of hydraulic oil should be selected?

As the working medium of hydraulic system, the viscosity, viscosity temperature characteristics and cleanliness of hydraulic oil directly affect the reliability and service life of hydraulic brick machine. Improper selection will affect the normal operation of equipment, lead to premature wear of components and cause great economic losses. At present, there are many kinds of hydraulic oil in the market, such as Mobil hydraulic oil, shell hydraulic oil, great wall hydraulic oil, Kunlun hydraulic oil, etc., which are divided into high zinc anti-wear hydraulic oil, low zinc anti-wear hydraulic oil, ashless anti-wear hydraulic oil and anti-wear hydraulic oil, grinding hydraulic oil, high-pressure anti-wear hydraulic oil, ultra-high anti-wear hydraulic oil, etc. How should we choose in the face of so many brands and models?

1. Proper viscosity
If the viscosity is too small, the leakage of the hydraulic system increases, the volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic pump decreases, the viscosity increases the movement resistance, increases the system pressure drop and temperature rise, which may cause "cavitation" at the oil suction end of the main pump;
2. High viscosity index
The hydraulic press operates continuously, the working load is large, and the system oil temperature changes greatly with the load and ambient temperature. The hydraulic oil should have good viscosity temperature characteristics, that is, the viscosity index should be high;
3. Good lubricity
Reduce the wear between moving surfaces of parts and ensure the service life of hydraulic brick machine;
4. Good stability
When the oil temperature rises by about 10 ℃, the chemical reaction rate will double. The high chemical stability of hydraulic oil ensures that it is not easy to oxidize and deteriorate in storage and use;
5. Good foam resistance.
After bubbles appear in the liquid, the hydraulic components move slowly with the increase of compression ratio, resulting in hydraulic shock and creep;
6. Low pour point, high flash point
Ensure the low temperature fluidity and high temperature of the oil.
Only the hydraulic oil meeting the above requirements can be used on our hydraulic brick machine to ensure the operation performance of the equipment. However, the selected hydraulic oil also needs to be replaced and maintained regularly. Generally, our manufacturer recommends that the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic brick machine be filtered and replaced within 6-9 months.
