Analysis on installation requirements and precautions of oil pipe of hydraulic brick machine

The oil pipe is a bridge connecting the hydraulic brick machine and the pump station. It transmits the high-pressure hydraulic oil in the hydraulic pump station to the oil cylinder to drive the die to work and press the brick. The installation requirements and precautions of the oil pipe affect the performance and work efficiency of the hydraulic brick machine. The following small series will introduce it to you in detail.

Tubing installation requirements
1. The arrangement and direction of oil pipes shall be neat and consistent, with clear layers, and horizontal or vertical arrangement shall be adopted as far as possible;
2. The length of oil pipe shall be short and the number of bends shall be small. For parallel or cross pipes, a gap of more than 10mm shall be reserved between the contour edges of pipe fittings of adjacent pipes to prevent mutual interference and vibration;
3. The oil pipes with larger diameter (or more quantity) shall be leveled and aligned first, so as to repair and bend the oil pipes with smaller diameter or less quantity;
4. When using the elbow, the center height of the elbow shall be calculated, and the short pipe section and straight pipe section shall not be connected as far as possible. During piping, pay attention to the small difference in the height direction or horizontal position of each connecting port, and try to find the same as far as possible;
5. The oil pipe shall be as short as possible, and its torsional deformation shall be minimized during installation and use. The bending radius of the hose R ≥ (9-10) the outer diameter of the oil pipe;
6. The oil pipe with diameter greater than 34 is connected by flange, and the oil pipe with diameter less than 34 is connected by pipe joint;
7. The two straight edges of the bent oil pipe are fixed with pipe clamps;
8. Try to avoid straight pipes to reduce assembly difficulty and leakage.
Precautions for oil pipe installation
1. The oil suction pipe shall be free of leakage, and all joints shall be tight and well sealed;
2. A filter is arranged on the oil suction pipe;
3. The return oil pipe should be inserted under the oil surface of the tank to prevent foaming and mixing into the air.
4. When the solenoid directional valve leaks oil, the oil return pipe must be set separately to prevent back pressure during oil leakage and oil return and hinder the movement of the valve core;
5. The oil return port of overflow valve shall not be connected with the inlet of hydraulic pump;
6. All pipes are installed twice, the first trial installation and the second formal installation. After trial assembly, remove the oil pipe, pickle it with 20% sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid solution, then wash it with 10% soda water, and finally clean it with warm water. After drying, apply oil. Pay attention to no sand and oxide scale during secondary installation
