The distribution system is installed behind the die frame, and the lower plane is flat with the upper plane of the die frame, so as to ensure that the mixed materials are sent into the die. The distribution system is composed of hopper, stirring cage, sliding block, guide rail, distribution oil cylinder, brick clamping frame, air cylinder, etc. it is generally supplied in a complete set by professional manufacturers to ensure the accuracy of distribution. The materials are fed into the hopper by the belt conveyor. Under the control of the control cabinet, the lower end of the hopper will be opened regularly, and the quantitative materials fall into the mixing cage. Driven by the motor, the mixing cage works to mix the materials evenly. At the same time, the distribution cylinder works forward, and the materials are evenly filled with the oil cylinder. The brick adding frame in the front section can clamp the demoulded brick blank and send it to the brick outlet conveyor belt. 1、 Assembly of distribution system

2、 Fixing of distribution system
Before installation, it is necessary to check whether the fixed position of the cloth system is fixed with the host machine, whether the fixing screw hole is correct, then open the package, lift the crane and hoist it to the same height as the fixed screw hole of the main machine, then adjust the left and right position, and then fix it tightly with bolts.
3、 Connecting pipes and lines
After the distribution system is fixed, install the oil pipe and limit switch according to the technical drawings. Before installation, check whether the oil pipe is damaged or whether there are iron filings in the pipe and whether the line is worn;
4、 Commissioning of distribution system
Adjust the hydraulic brick machine to the manual mode, and then jog the operation to test whether each action of the lower distribution system is normal. When it is normal, conduct the blanking test. You can judge whether the distribution system is debugged normally by checking the quality of the formed brick, and then adjust it to the automatic working mode.
During the installation of the distribution system of the hydraulic brick machine, we should pay attention to the following points to ensure the normal operation of the equipment:
1. Whether the contact surface between the distribution system and the main machine is treated as required, otherwise it will affect the accuracy that the distribution system cannot run at the upper end of the die frame, and even scratch the die;
2. During installation, the position of the distribution system shall be adjusted before fixing, and the levelness of the installation shall be tested with relevant instruments;
3. After installation, the connecting oil pipe between the distribution cylinder and the hydraulic valve shall not be installed in the opposite direction, otherwise the distribution system will be damaged;
4. After installation, it is not allowed to work directly, but also to be debugged until the distribution system can work normally, and then adjust to the automatic mode.
