This method is applicable to various specifications and models of automatic hydraulic brick press machine. The press is a modern equipment with electromechanical-hydraulic integration, high technology and high precision. If it is used and maintained correctly, its service life is quite long and economic benefits come with it, otherwise it will attract troubles and even unpredictable consequences. Accidents that may be caused by not following the maintenance methods of the presses endanger equipment and people.
1. Employees who have not been trained to operate the press alone are not allowed to do so.
1.2 The operator must, without exception, carefully read and understand the press operation manual, have an in-depth understanding of the machine, electricity and hydraulic principles of the press, and of the installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance and repair of the press, and be trained in the present operation and specially tested to confirm that he/she is competent for the job before being allowed to operate the press.
1.3 The quality, cleanliness and working viscosity of the hydraulic oil determine the reliability of the hydraulic system of the press, as well as the efficiency, life and economy of the press. It is necessary to use anti-wear hydraulic oil, such as Lippo hydraulic oil whose performance is: oil density 0.884G/CM2, flash point 255℃, flow point -9℃, viscosity 68CM2/S (40℃), 8.8CM2/(100℃), viscosity index 102. It is extremely beneficial to the reliable work of pumps and hydraulic valves.
It is strongly recommended to use the above hydraulic oil, if you use other kinds of hydraulic oil need to be consistent with the above oil characteristics, by can be used.
1.4 When injecting into the oil tank, a 10 micron filter should be used, and direct injection without filter is not allowed.
1.5 The press is equipped with return oil filtration and separate filtration and cooling system, and the filtration precision is 10 microns. In order to make the oil clean, reduce the failure, in general, each filter system is necessary to replace 4 filter cartridges a year, only allowed to use new filter cartridges, not allowed to use the old filter cartridge scrubbing. Filter cartridge must use high quality filter cartridge, such as the micro-precision filter cartridge. The application of low-cost and low-quality filter cartridges not only can not play a filtering role, but also can damage the press!
1.6 The minimum allowable oil temperature of the system is 25℃. The better working temperature is 35℃-45℃, more than 45℃ is not good for the system. If it exceeds the specified value, the system should be checked and eliminated in time.
1.7 To ensure the normal operation of the electrical system, the voltage must be kept stable, and its fluctuation value should not exceed or be lower than the rated voltage of 5-10%.
1.8 The door or cover of the electrical cabinet, junction box and operating table must be closed or covered when the machine is working, not allowed to be used open to avoid accumulation of dirt.
1.9 When there is a fault in the hydraulic system (such as abnormal action, unstable oil pressure, too low oil pressure, system vibration, oil temperature rising too fast, etc.), analyze the causes and troubleshoot in time, and do not allow the machine to work with disease and cause big accidents.
1.10 Pay attention to the performance of the accumulator, if found that the inflation pressure is not enough or capsule damage, should be dealt with in a timely manner. 1.11 Often check and regularly tighten the pipe joints to prevent loose oil leakage.
1.12 The operator is not allowed to dismantle and replace each hydraulic component privately, when there is a failure, the equipment should be repaired by the equipment maintenance technicians to troubleshoot the equipment in a timely manner.
