1、 Before starting, it is forbidden to step on the accelerator repeatedly. Some drivers step on the accelerator repeatedly to make the carburetor and acceleration device work, so as to inject more gasoline into the cylinder to meet the needs of starting. This is not only useless for the tractor to start, but also increases the wear of the fuel injection pump control device and fuel volume adjustment mechanism.
2、 When starting the engine, it is better to take the medium and small throttle opening. When starting, it is better to refuel slightly before the clutch linkage point. Do not step on the accelerator pedal to the bottom, but slightly higher than the idle throttle. Release the clutch and step on the accelerator closely, and move quickly.
3、 When releasing the clutch, reduce the throttle. Some operators do not reduce the throttle in time when releasing the clutch, so that the engine idles with large throttle, resulting in a sudden increase in speed, which will not only waste fuel, but also aggravate the wear of the transmission system.
4、 During operation, the throttle shall be increased or decreased according to the road conditions and actual needs, and the selected gear shall be appropriate to make the engine run at medium speed and large throttle most of the time, so as to save fuel. When shifting gears, the coordination of filling empty oil, stepping on the clutch and stepping on the accelerator pedal shall be coordinated.
5、 When going uphill, do not step on the accelerator pedal. When going uphill, do not step the accelerator pedal to the bottom. When using low-speed gear, the accelerator should generally be stepped down by half. During driving, if the accelerator pedal is depressed by three quarters and the engine still cannot increase the speed accordingly, shift to the lower gear, and then depress the accelerator pedal to accelerate.
6、 During maintenance, the throttle should be turned off. When maintaining the locomotive, rotate the crankshaft. At this time, if the throttle is not turned off, the fuel injector will continuously inject fuel into the cylinder, which not only wastes fuel, but also part of the fuel flows into the oil pan along the cylinder wall to dilute the oil and accelerate the grinding of parts
