    Regular maintenance

    At the same time clean up the oil tank is also very critical, should be in 10 days, 1 month, 6 months a clean up the oil tank, the new equipment in the oil tank of iron chips welding slag into the oil circuit, the hydraulic components damage is relatively large;.

    Cooler is to cool the hydraulic oil, cooling water should be selected below 20 degrees of circulating water, the need for softening treatment, untreated water to the inner surface of the cooler deposited a layer of calcium substances, affecting the cooling effect;.

    The rest is a regular check: oil filters, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves, sealing components, oil pipes, etc., long time use will be aging or damage, failure to replace or repair.  Long time working equipment screws will also appear loose, should be tightened once a month.
