Hydraulic brick machine

 Hydraulic brick making machine is mainly used to press raw materials such as fly ash, sand, stone powder, slag and cement into bricks in a reasonable proportion. What are the components of hydraulic brick machine?

1. Host machine: it is composed of frame, main hydraulic cylinder, pushing hydraulic cylinder, bottom hydraulic cylinder, supporting mold frame and mold, and press head.

The frame part is composed of upper and lower beams and columns. The upper and lower beams are all made of integral steel castings. The upper and lower beams are connected by four columns with internal and external nuts to withstand the tension when working. The main hydraulic cylinder should eliminate steel castings to eliminate potential safety hazards. Ensure the service life and safety of equipment.

Supporting mold frame and mold, pressing head by professional design with superior processing capacity is the guarantee of excellent taste of equipment. The punch of die and block press is equipped with high-strength wear-resisting steel that can be replaced quickly. The front end of the punch is equipped with wear-resisting punch press ring which is easy to disassemble and install, so as to extend its service life. The relevant parts are specially hardened or forged where necessary.

2. Hydraulic station: motor, hydraulic pump, pump protection device, professional control valve block and connecting the block press with the pipeline system structure. Equipped with cooling system, avoid the equipment can not work continuously because of oil temperature overheat.

3. Console: composed of electrical system and PLC control system. Equipped with adjustable text display, action sequence and each action time completely controlled by PLC system.
